Elwood! Join us for a dinning event that focuses on historic Philly and Lancaster heritage recipes utilizing local producers and seasonal delights. Chef/owner Adam Diltz will prepare a special 4 course menu at his
BYOB restaurant that includes:
- Amuse-bouche
- Pepperpot soup
- Seasonal salad w/ local cheese
- 3 family style entrées (locally sourced)
- Fish, pheasant and ham with an assortment of roasted vegetables and various sauces and accomplishments
- Cheesecake tarts with fruit compote.
